Either someone is running wall hacks or there is a glitch, the last round I played, for the last 5 mins od the round I was dumping AR and SMG rounds into enemies seeing animations for shields taking hits but they took no damage at all,this "glitch...

Today got ran over by yet another murder taxi, when waiting to respawn, I had a strange 3rd person view of the map and could not spawn, eventually I managed to but the only spawn point I could select was a LAV with a CRU in it.
